2015 - Present AOT Group Front-end Web Developer Responsibilities AOT Group provides a full range of travel services in the Inbound, Corporate / Government and Leisure sectors throughout Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. My responsibility is to Design and Develop targeted campaigns, analyse traffic and improve CTR and increase conversion rate for consumer and wholesale websites.

May 2014 - Dec 2014 (Contract) Deakin University Web Development Coordinator Responsibilities I was hired to lead the redesign of university Teaching-and-Learning website. My tasks were analysing analytics and the current audience, planning new website structure, designing and developing content and graphics. This is the hub of resources for all current and prospective academics. This site consists of over 200 custom designed responsive web pages and I was involved in gathering requirements from stakeholders with meetings and surveys, validating usability and delivering the project within budget and time.

2011 -2013 Liberty Financial Web Developer & Coordinator Responsibilities I was responsible for managing and maintaining Liberty Financial's website and it's child sites, building EDMs, A/B Testing, developing HTML5 calculators, Landing Pages and linking Lead generating forms to Liberty Financial CRMs using jQuery and php. A large part of my role involved interpreting briefs into concepts then taking the project right through to finished art with minimal to no guidance. At Liberty, I used my sharp marketing skills and web development skills to deliver pleasant experiences to the customers and increase lead database.

2008 -2011 Sites N Stores Front-end Web Developer Responsibilities I designed and developed Custom Websites and Online Stores for clients from various industries such as Clothing, Automotive and Education, using various Content Management Systems on PHP and .net platforms. I undertook customer consultation, managed marketing campaigns and analysied ROI, improved User experience, Search Engine Optimisation, developed EDMs and provided technical support.
